Bekir has been working as a software developer for the last 19 years, started his own web-shop in 2011. He has worked on tens of different projects of various sizes in different industries. He is strongest in product creation since he had several different roles in the product life cycle. He embraces business agility, lean product development, systems thinking, and growth mindset.

Serhat holds a computer engineering degree and has been in the software product development business since 2005. His career trajectory has been characterized by a deep commitment to leadership in the technology sector, having risen through the ranks from a hands-on software engineer to strategic leadership roles at global corporations like Nokia. His expertise lies in orchestrating the conception and deployment of complex software products, particularly within the telecommunications realm, boasting over hundreds of successful global deliveries to date. His leadership philosophy intertwines business agility, systems thinking, continuous delivery, and a growth mindset, underpinned by a robust foundation in computer engineering. As an entrepreneur at heart, He has coalesced his passion for technology and visionary leadership to build Wodo Network as a Web 3.0 startup. He has vast experience in leadership, people management, software product development, software architecture, and cloud technologies.

Besides, she has helped technology startups and SME’s grow during her consulting role in 100 Watts.

After gaining competence in different companies in the gaming industry, Betül became interested in the web 3.0 ecosystem in order to not only catch up with new technologies but also lead them. She works in areas such as team building, product management, and continues to specialize in creating digital products.

With over 15 years of software development experience and deep knowledge of cloud technologies, he delivered end-to-end cloud-agnostic, cloud-native, and scalable solutions for various sectors and enterprise projects. Having a successful startup career, he played various roles from a hands-on developer to a strategic CTO. He built and led high-performing software development and system development teams, as well as collaborating with stakeholders, partners and customers.

Salih has 14 years of total experience as network and cloud infrastructure engineer. He worked with Cisco, Hp/Aruba, Fortinet, and many other vendors. He has vast knowledge of network designing and implementations of network infrastructure, security technologies, and cloud infrastructures.

Catherine has been a practising lawyer for over 40 years with a particular focus on commercial law and litigation. Since January 2014 she has been in-house legal counsel for an Australian based educational software development firm with a global clientele. She specializes in service contracts for the delivery of the company’s learning and assessment products and has a wide range of experience in intellectual property and related issues.
